Creative Medicine
Being creative with intention is a powerful healing practice. These offerings use creativity and the instinctive act of craftsmanship to start you on your journey of transformation. Joining one of our Sacred Circles is a wonderful way to introduce yourself to ancient practices , story telling and sitting with the keepers of mystery and wisdom.
All sessions are a minimum of 2 hours, from £90 per 2 hr session. 1 : 1

Medicine healing dolls
The tradition of women coming together in healing circles, to help those in need through the making of medicine dolls, is ancient. These Medicine Dolls or Spirit Keepers are totems which are considered to be messengers, guardians, talismans and healers. They speak to the maker through intuition as they are formed.
Making your own Medicine doll is truly transformative. It puts us in direct conversation with Spirit.

Learn to create powerful symbols to aid healing or change in your life. These depictions of thoughts have been used in shamanic and pagan cultures to concentrate and direct energy. A subtle but effective way to empower yourself into a new way of being.

1:1 Intuitive painting, or painting your Power Animal or Plant Ally.
All day immersion into exploring your creativity and experience your capacity for healing through the medium of painting. Starting with a shamanic journey we allow our subconscious to bring forward visions from the other realms. Suitable for beginners right through to practicing artists.

Mandalas in Nature
Within the sacred space of the Medicine Wheel we can learn to focus and meditate in the making of mandalas, using the organic materials around us. Through working with the Medicine Wheel and it’s teachings, we re-align and bring ourselves back into balance through nature.

Shamanic Drumming Sacred Circles
Drumming circles are an opportunity to gather a community around us. Drumming to heal Ancestral lines and the Earth. Healing is so powerful within a group and studies show that drumming regularly within a group is more effective than anti depressants. Times and venue will change depending on where I am.
